About the role
We are currently recruiting for a Service Manager to join our Sunnyfield New England team, based in Narrabri. It is permanent full time and available for an immediate start.

Based in Narrabri, you will join part of the New England management team with peers located across the New England region and Regional Manager based in Tamworth. As Service Manager – Narrabri, your role will be to deliver programs that are innovative, person centred and make a difference to the people we support. Our team works collaboratively, and we enjoy the benefits of diverse backgrounds and skills.
The Service Manager will have responsibility for our Community Access Program in Narrabri. You will be creating programs and managing a team of Community Support Workers to support people to live independently in the community.
About you

- tenacious and have a can-do attitude to solving challenges and making a difference in the lives of the people we support
- keen to get involved. This is not a role where you can sit back and watch. It is about being an active participant.
Ideally, you will have a background from the disability, health, aged care or community services fields. Strong administrative skills as well as the ability to multitask are key to success in the position. Acting with integrity, honesty and respect is expected at all times and in every facet of your work with us.
